Description
the comment system should be VERY flexible
I need to be able to attach a comment system to certain allowed content types like basic content
gallery content, or photo content (each photo in a gallery)
maybe this should tie in with ACL? or maybe it should listen for certain events in the specified content types?

moving this to 0.3.0, need a bit more cleaning up of the core for this
