add arguments to pivots and nodes

Description
when you create a new node (any content item) you can add arguments to them
when you add a node to a page it creates an entry in pivots table, allow arguments on that table too (overwrites nodes arguments)
finally $_GET arguments overwrite all other arguments (should they?) maybe they should make up a different set of arguments defined in a config file of the plugin
